The government has directed additional funding to schools called the Pupil Premium Grant. The aim of this money is for schools to ensure equal opportunities and learning outcomes for all children. Children receive the additional funding for a range of reasons such as qualifying for free school meals or for being children of parents serving in the armed forces. The funding is put into the school budget and they must plan for the use of the funding and analyse the impact of it each year. The document above shows the current plan for spending this funding and an analyses of the impact of last years funding at Cossington CE Primary School.
