What to do if you have a concern

From time to time you may have a worry about something that has happened in school and would like to report a concern to a member of staff. Many of your questions may be easily resolved by approaching a teacher or the office in an informal way. All staff at Cossington are happy to listen and help in any way we can and will make time to speak to you wherever possible. There may however be occasions when your concern is more serious or sensitive. If this is the case then you should follow the steps in the diagram below to enable us to resolve your concern as quickly and as effectively as possible.
